Don’t believe what the provider said though, you need to check their reliability from forum or web hosting review site.

Technical Support: Believe me, there is no web hosting that “too good”. Sometimes you WILL have a problem. Imagine if you’re having it on a weekend or holiday? Always search for web hosting that has 24/7 support, especially via live chat feature.

Site Builder: If you’re not familiar with PHP or HTML programming, then you need an automatic site builder feature or CMS programming installed on the cPanel of the web hosting. Learn about the user-friendliness of their site builder before deciding. For most user, Joomla or WordPress that included on cPanel is sufficient enough.
